In the age of Artificial Intelligence, it is increasingly important to design for the Human Element, and to safeguard and indeed empower what is essential in all of us.

Iliad is a visionary design thinker and thought leader who is passionate about developing projects that empower and build capacity. He creates next-gen sustainable solutions that are centered on the Human Element, while financially viable. This is especially significant in the current context where Human Value is challenged by Artificial Intelligence and self-learning machines and systems.

Iliad’s background consists of extensive world travel to Asia, South and Central, Africa, Europe, throughout the US, working as a consultant and contractor in diverse project and field conditions. He brings a large well-qualified network of governmental, enterprise, technology resources, and investors to project opportunities, and custom-tailor the right team for each project.

With his experience in the Army, intensive study as a Fine Arts Major, and training in a Master of Architecture Program, combined with his network and leadership skills, Iliad is able to bring integrative processes to projects, from conception to implementation, combining conventional strategies with out-of-the-box, or asymmetric approaches.

Innovation is derived from boldly building on lessons of history while reaching for new possibilities, never ceasing toe questions, and never being afraid to grow, no matter how exhilarating or painful a lesson it may be.

As we navigate the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we must keep in mind both the opportunities and the challenges we face, and accordingly design buildings, cities, and environments that address our current and future needs, and also delight that which makes humans special.
