Donna is a licensed architect and LEED-accredited professional with extensive experience as Project Manager for the programming, master planning, design and construction of complex technical facilities. An Associate with IBI Group with a focus on institutional projects, she has been involved in many challenging educational and science-based lab buildings for diagnostics, research and general academics; transit projects; health care institutions and geriatric facilities, and courthouses. With a solid background in a variety of project delivery types, including compliance-based, design-build, fast-track, P3/AFP, and construction management, she is able to bring creative approaches to the realization of demanding projects. As Director, Partnerships, Gerry will take a leadership role in the strategic growth of IBI services to governments and the private sector. Gerry joined IBI from Metrolinx, where he served as Executive Vice President, Program Management. In this role, he ensured that delivery teams had consistent project controls, reporting requirements, resources and management systems to successfully deliver the: Capital Program, including the GO Transit expansion Toronto subway projects Hurontario LRT in Mississauga/Brampton Toronto’s Finch West and Eglinton Crosstown LRT He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University, which led him to a career at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in roles of increasing responsibility. These included Chief Engineer/Executive Director and Assistant Deputy Minister, Provincial Highways Management, a role he held until his departure in 2016. Gerry is currently President of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Foundation. Gerry held various roles within TAC, including President from 2014 to 2016 and was a past Chair of the Chief Engineers Council.
