IBI Group declares its March 2013 dividend to shareholders
IBI Group Inc. today declared a cash dividend of $0.1375 per share for the three months ending February 28, 2013, payable March 31, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2013. This is consistent with the decision of the Company announced on December 12, 2012.
The Company is continuing to make available its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP”), under which eligible shareholders may direct that their cash dividends be reinvested in additional common shares of the Company. As previously announced, the Company may from time to time change the amount of the discount from the five day, volume-weighted average trading price of the common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at which shares may be issued from treasury under the DRIP. The Company has determined it appropriate to set, until further notice, the discount at 2%, a change from the 5% initially offered. The details of the Company’s DRIP are available on this website.
