David joined IBI Group in 2012 as a Transit Technology Analyst in the Transit Technology Practice, and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo Civil Engineering program. David has been an Associate – Manager, Transit Data and Technology since May 2019. David’s current/past roles/projects include: Project Manager for TTC Wheel-Trans to upgrade their scheduling, dispatching, and customer-facing (e.g. Website, Mobile App) systems to improve mobility for those with disabilities travelling on public transit; Project Manager for the PRESTO project, helping deploy Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) and Add-Value Machines (AVMs) on the TTC network. He has experience in managing cross-office multi-disciplinary teams for all phases of a project, including: needs assessment, concept of operations, system specification development, procurement, and deployment. David has experience in a wide-range of Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions, such as Computer Aided Dispatch/Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL), Rail and Bus Scheduling Systems, Real-time Information Systems (RTIS), and Fare Management Systems.

Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design. As a strong team leader, he has managed the design and delivery of projects under various public sector procurement routes and contracts, including the NEC Partnering contract. Richard is experienced in creating specialist learning environments for leading universities. Adept at delivering schemes from master planning to construction, he works closely with stakeholder groups to deliver the strategic vision. He understands how important the built environment is as a marketing tool for attracting students and has demonstrated this by developing a striking scheme at Cardiff University. His experience also includes work in the residential sector, where he won a Regional RIBA Award for a one-off house in Malmesbury. His innovative approach to design has been supported by his keen interest in research and development. In 2009, Richard was selected by the Design Commission for Wales, Royal Society of Architects Wales and the WSA to exhibit his work at the ‘Reflecting Wales 09:09’ exhibition which showcased work of the best of emerging architects in Wales. In 2010, Richard exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Wales.

Anita Leonoff joined IBI Group shortly after graduating from UBC’s Architecture School and learned quickly. In the mid 1980s, Anita began the renovation work on the Hotel Vancouver, one of her longest running projects and one she continues to work on to this day. In the 1990s, Anita took on the local work for Holt Renfrew which at the time was renovation work. This later turned into a new store for Vancouver, followed by Calgary, and a number in Ontario and Quebec, which is a testament to her work. Anita’s areas of specialty include institutional and hospitality facilities design, retail and office tenant fit-ups, heritage renovations, and the management of the approvals and public consultation processes.
