Tess Gilchrist

Tess is a Registered Professional Planner with over twelve years of professional consulting experience in land use planning, on a variety of projects, for both public and private sector clients. As an Associate Manager, Planning at IBI Group’s Kingston office, Tess prepares and monitors development applications for a wide range of planning approvals on behalf of private clients, as well as provides planning advisory expertise to municipal clients. Tess provides comprehensive planning support for planning applications, including site analysis, planning justification reports, policy review and overall project management.

Tess is passionate about shaping the local community through development that is forward thinking, sensitive to the changing landscape and creatively balances a broad range of interests.
