Stephen Jones is a registered architect and principal with thirteen years of experience on a variety of project types. Licensed in Washington and Utah, Steve has expertise in urban mixed-use, healthcare and multi-family projects. A leader and advocate for the architectural needs of under-served and vulnerable communities, he has been on the board of directors for Community Psychiatric Clinic (Seattle), the Sarah Daft Home (Salt Lake City) and Lifting Hands International.
Ray Whitchurch

Ray Whitchurch is a project manager, Landscape Architect, Urban Designer and Planner, for large-scale federal, state, municipal, institutional, mixed use villages, commercial, and residential projects. With 26 years of experience, his projects have included landscape designs, architectural design, land planning and re-zoning, municipality general plans, subdivision development, public reviews and outreach.
Peter Pillman

Peter Pillman holds degrees in both Environmental Studies and Architecture, which is the foundation to his more than 30 years of passion for design and sustainability in master planning, urban design and resort projects. This breadth of knowledge and experience is a key factor in his comfort level in working in the multi-disciplined environment required for success in today’s dynamic markets. Peter provides leadership to IBI’s Living+ and Hospitality practices. Creating iconic designs that bring added value to our clients is at the core of Peter’s mission. He is a strong collaborator and a good listener. Peter is active in ULI both locally and nationally.
David Nicholas

David Nicholas is a registered Landscape Architect that brings diverse planning, design and implementation experience to IBI Group, with an emphasis in parks and recreation, urban design, institutional and resort planning and design. With a Bachelor’s degree in design from Arizona State University, David is a leader in the U.S. West Placemaking practice and has led award-winning projects that have become focal points of their communities.
