Licensed in Washington and Utah, Steve has expertise in urban mixed-use, healthcare and multi-family projects. A leader and advocate for the architectural needs of under-served and vulnerable communities, he has been on the board of directors for Community Psychiatric Clinic (Seattle), the Sarah Daft Home (Salt Lake City) and Lifting Hands International.

Ray Whitchurch is a project manager, Landscape Architect, Urban Designer and Planner, for large-scale federal, state, municipal, institutional, mixed use villages, commercial, and residential projects. With 26 years of experience, his projects have included landscape designs, architectural design, land planning and re-zoning, municipality general plans, subdivision development, public reviews and outreach.
