Steve Lenderman

As Project Manager, and a Registered Architect, Steve has brought a wide range of experience over his 35 year career to IBI. Since joining IBI almost 4 years ago, he has specialized in industrial and automotive work. Originally hired in the Southfield, MI office, Steve has since transferred to the Raleigh, NC office where he has been for the past 3 years. His automotive/industrial experience has given him the opportunity to work for all the major automotive manufacturers while completing large or complicated projects of note for Toyota and Tesla.

Since joining the Raleigh office, he has begun to diversify his experience, by working on a myriad of projects ranging from Maintenance & Operations (M&O) facilities for local and out of state municipalities, to working with the NC Wildlife Resource Commission, NCWRC, on the re-design of a shooting range.

In May of 2019, he was promoted to an L1, Associate Principal, level within the IBI Global Leadership and more recently became the Operations Manager for the Raleigh office helping with the day to day operations of the office.

Cliff Brooks

Since joining IBI Group 13 years ago, Cliff has worked on a variety of projects, with a particular focus on higher education, streetscapes and trails. His experience includes private estates, mixed use development, housing, college campuses, municipalities, parks and historic sites. He enjoys the process of collaborating with clients and fellow designers to discover creative solutions which can satisfy multiple goals.

Cliff has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Masters of Landscape Architecture from Auburn University and is an active member of ASLA and SCUP.

Stuart Campbell

Stuart is a leader and part of the Learning+ team in the Houston office. Stuart is a Registered Architect with over 30 years of experience in the education, hospitality and entertainment markets. In the education market, he has developed the knowledge and is considered a specialist in the career and technology-focused facilities. Notable, award-winning projects he has had key roles on include Grace England Early Childhood Center and the unique Kirk Lewis Career and Technical High School. Stuart is professionally involved in the Association for Learning Environments and the School Safety Group committee with the AIA. He also volunteers on school district career and technology advisory boards. He is an active member of the Building Enclosure Council.

Ola Ferm

Ola is an award-winning architect with over 28 years of experience leading major project teams and project development of civic infrastructure, public works facilities, as well as transit facilities. He has superior concept design skills with a diverse background in project types, with a specialty in understanding operational requirements for civic infrastructure. Ola brings together big-picture thinking with broad technical experience with sustainable design and managing an interdisciplinary team. He brings analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with demonstrated experience in achieving aggressive goals.

Sylvia Fitzwater

Sylvia Fitzwater has over 20 years of interior design experience, with a specialization in the design of spaces for educational, commercial, health care and institutional clients. Her primary responsibilities include: design management of the project, design collaboration with client, creating interior design concepts, specifying furniture and fixtures, equipment , managing the interior design process including all furniture selections and specifications, overseeing interior project schedules, and adhering to furniture/fabrics/accessories project budgets. Sylvia is conscientious, precise, and is known as an effective communicator with client and stakeholder groups.

Patricia Ramudo

Patricia Ramudo has over 32 years of experience in the civil engineering field. She has extensive experience in the design of hydraulic systems, including site development projects, water distribution systems, flood mitigation projects and the computer simulation of steady-state and transient flow of fluid transmission system. She has carried projects from conceptual design and modeling through construction and monitoring and was additionally responsible for hydraulic analyses, construction administration, design and analysis of water/sewer/storm water systems and permit acquisition at the federal, state and local levels. Patricia is also experienced in the design and rehabilitation of existing systems which are in violation of jurisdictional codes or require modification for upgrading.

Neena Soans

Neena Soans PMP has 15 years of systems and software engineering experience and has been exposed to all facets of the specification, design and implementation of various systems and applications during that timeframe. This includes ITS, Tolling Systems, Communications Systems, Intelligent Building Technology Systems and Security Systems. Neena has extensive experience with the development of functional and performance specifications, and the development, maintenance and support of complex software systems.

Jeremy Siviter

Jeremy Siviter has managed a wide variety of ITS research, design, implementation and operation projects and has extensive experience in electronic revenue collection, transit technology applications, traffic management systems and traveller information systems. Jeremy’s skills range from detailed technical analysis and testing through set-up and management of customer service operations.

Gene Simmons

Gene Simmons initially worked on the contractor’s side, learning hands-on experience in carpentry, surveying, concrete formwork and placement. Moving into management, Gene worked as a project superintendent, estimator, project manager and handled client relations. He shifted to the architectural side almost 30 years ago and has worked as the Director of Field Services since 2000.

His practical experience is vitally important to maintaining communication among project team members and IBI Group’s field staff taking projects seamlessly from design through to construction.

Brad Hughes

Brad Hughes is a Registered Architect with 30 years of experience in institutional, commercial and educational projects. He is responsible for the complete delivery of the project and has provided design, planning and construction management for hundreds of projects ranging from new facilities, additions, renovations, and historic preservation. His experience affords a comprehensive approach to problem solving and quality service to clients and he excels in the delivery of projects with tight constraints and budgets.
