Projects For Bid

Homer Brink Elementary:  Project includes new parking lot, carpet replacement, cabinetry replacement, new lockers, HVAC system replacement, classroom addition, gym renovation/addition, classroom renovations, and administrative office renovation.

Maine Memorial Elementary:  Project includes exterior door replacement, gym wood floor replacement, stage wood floor replacement, and hose bibb replacement.

Senior High School:  Project includes pavement reconstruction, sanitary pipe replacement, foundation wall reconstruction, gym floor refinishing, library renovations, auditorium renovation, door hardware replacement, mop sink replacement, and gym HVAC system replacement.

Middle School:  Project includes exterior stair removal, retaining wall reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, gym floor replacement, water valve replacement, hose bibb replacement, HVAC equipment replacement, FCS room renovations, library renovation, and office and secure vestibule improvements.

Bus Garage:  Project includes waste oil tank replacement, lube oil system upgrades, pavement reconstruction, concrete foundation wall reconstruction, light replacement at fuel island, and sanitary system improvements.



Estimated Construction Budget

General Construction No. 1:  $4,700,000

General Construction No. 2:  $925,000

Mechanical Construction No. 1:  $2,300,000

Mechanical Construction No. 2:  $450,000

Electrical Construction:  $525,000

Plumbing Construction:  $380,000

Pre-Bid Meeting

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the Staff Development Room, 712 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY  13760 at 3:00 PM, January 30, 2020.  Project sites will be available for bidders to inspect proposed work areas from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays by appointment with Mr. Jeff L’Amoreaux, Assistant Superintendent, phone # (607) 754-1400.

Bid Opening

Bids are due at the Maine Endwell District Office, 712 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY 13760 on February 18, 2020. Base Bids are due at 1:00 PM and Alternates are due at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Staff Development Room at 3:00 PM.

Project Schedule

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of “Notice to Proceed”.

Completion:  October 8, 2021
