Lincoln Street Elementary:  Secure vestibule construction with renovations to the existing Vestibule and Main Office.

Junior/Senior High School:  Secure vestibule construction within the Main Office.  Associated Main Office renovations.  Exterior entrance canopy construction.

Estimated Construction Budget

General Construction:  $600,000

Mechanical Construction:  $35,000

Electrical Construction:  $60,000

Pre-Bid Meeting

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Waverly Central School District’s Office, 15 Frederick Street, Waverly, NY  14892 at 10:00 AM on December 10, 2019.  Project sites will be available for bidders to inspect proposed work areas from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays by appointment with Dave Mastrantuono, Director of Management Services (607) 565-2841.

Bid Opening

Bids are due at the Waverly Central School District’s Office, 15 Frederick Street, Waverly, NY  14892 on January 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM.

Project Schedule

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of “Notice to Proceed”.

Completion:  September 4, 2020
