Estimated Construction Budget

Electrical Construction:  $380,000

Pre-Bid Meeting

No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled.  Project sites will be available for bidders to inspect proposed work areas from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays by appointment with Mr. Jeffrey L’Amoreaux, Assistant Superintendent, phone number (607) 754-1400.

Bid Opening

Bids are due at the Maine Endwell Central School District Office, 712 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY  13760 on October 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM.

Project Schedule

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of “Notice to Proceed”.  All work is to occur on second shift when school is in session.  First shift can be utilized during school breaks.  Existing fire alarm system shall be maintained in operation until switch over to new system is completed.

Completion:  April 1, 2022
