General Construction:  Alterations to existing Main Building including secure vestibule, Guidance Office relocation, Library renovations, and alterations at the Bus Garage.

Mechanical Construction:  Alterations to existing Main Building including replacing HVAC controls, providing air conditioning for Server Room, converting steam boilers to hot water, replacing air handlers in 1954 Auditorium and replacing all mechanical systems in 1929 wing.

Sitework Construction:  All associated sitework at Main Building and Bus Garage.

Roofing Construction:  Roofing replacement at Bus Garage.

Estimated Construction Budget

General Construction:  $600,000

Mechanical Construction:  $1,300,000

Sitework Construction:  $125,000

Roofing Construction:  $250,000

Pre-Bid Meeting

No Pre-Bid Conference scheduled.  Project sites will be available for bidders to inspect proposed work areas from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays by appointment with Mr. John Warner, phone number (607) 588-6820.

Bid Opening

Bids are due at the Gilboa-Conesville Central School District Office, 132 Wyckoff Road, Gilboa, NY  12076 on January 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM.

Project Schedule

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of “Notice to Proceed”.  On site work is to commence on June 3, 2019.  Work performed from June 3, 2019 to June 21, 2019 shall be performed on a second shift basis and shall not impact student occupied spaces.

Completion:  August 30, 2019
