Tapas Dutta has over 30 years of experience in civil, transportation and traffic engineering, with a focus on the planning, design and management of major roadway and highway projects; as wells as rail/transit projects and site engineering. His diverse and extensive background working for both the public (Caltrans District 7 and Program Management for the City of Industry) and private sectors gives him solid knowledge of the design and management of a variety of projects from preliminary engineering through final plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) and design support during construction.

He has enjoyed experience designing educational, institutional, religious, civic, recreational, commercial, corporate/administrative offices and residential projects. For the last 21 years, he has focused his passion on the K-12 market working for some of the largest school districts in Texas. With use of his extensive experience in client management, facility assessments, master planning, bond planning, programming, cost estimating, scheduling, production management, and construction administration, Michael passionately places the client’s needs first and has garnered a reputation for delivering high quality services and award winning designs within budget and on time.

Neale Hunt
Neale Hunt is a professional chemist with more than 10 years of experience in environmental chemistry. He is experienced in several aspects of federal, provincial and municipal environmental site investigations, including Stage 1 and Stage 2 investigations; detailed site investigations; site remediation; and air quality investigations.
His background as a chemical analyst, working both within the laboratory and on site, has provided expertise in field investigation and sample analysis design, analytical data interpretation and development of remedial strategies. Neale is responsible for coordination and supervision of field operations, site investigations, development and implementation of data analysis tools, and technical report writing.
Lance Hunt
Lance Hunt is a professional chemist with experience in many facets of environmental site investigations, including historical site assessments, field studies, sample collection techniques, contaminated site remediation, water treatment process, air emission studies, analytical data interpretation and technical report writing.
Lance has worked on numerous municipal, provincial and federal projects and has been involved in hundreds of Phase 1 ESA, Phase 2 ESA, DSI and Remediation projects.
Lance is involved in conducting environmental site assessments for a number of First Nations. His responsibilities include project management, field investigations, data analysis, project research and developing site remediation strategies.
Alan Lynch
Alan Lynch is an environmental scientist who has worked in research and consulting since 1988. He has extensive experience in environmental site investigations (including air, soil and water pollution), remediation, ecological assessment, land use management, environmental education, workplace health and safety, and managing an environmental analytical laboratory. Alan has been an expert witness in litigious cases where environmental assessment goes beyond applicable regulatory standards, developing cases based on chemical and physical damage.
Ian Collings
Ian Collings is a Registered Professional Chemist with the Association of the Chemical Profession of British Columbia (ACPBC) and is also a charted Chemist with the Royal Society of Chemistry. Ian has more than 30 years of experience working as a laboratory chemist, laboratory manager and private and public sector consultant involved in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites.
Ian focuses on providing consulting services to First Nation communities, assisting Nations throughout British Columbia to assess the environmental condition of their lands under the Federal First Nations Land Management Act.
