Working alongside developer Landsea Homes, IBI Group was commissioned to design a distinctively iconic and luxurious space for residents, overlooking the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. Avora’s 184 units span the 2nd to the 11th floors, and take advantage of the location by extending onto terraces that maximize views and connection to the landscape.

With amenities like a business lounge, fitness center, a children’s area, swimming pool, social room, media room, virtual golf, and outdoor space complete with BBQ and a fireplace, Avora is a place people want to live, complete with interiors that appeal to high-end buyers.

The development focuses on sustainability and innovation with a design that incorporates passive solar strategies which allow the building to capitalize on the natural climate.

The separation of the main towers fosters the introduction of natural lighting and passive ventilation within all residential units.

The Port Imperial Master Plan, developed by IBI years earlier, set the stage for the location and design of Avora by enabling unity within the community and a design distinctive to the area.
