Following the acquisition of this corporate office park by new developers, IBI Group was retained to provide landscape architecture services and assist with repositioning the park into a destination through a planned program of building and site upgrades, including:
- a newly completed roof terrace;
- outdoor open space, plazas and streetscapes;
- rain gardens; and
- the relocation of public art.
