David joined the firm in 1975 after graduating from the architecture program at the University of Toronto, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.

Kevin Bebenek is the Regional Director for Canada East and has 25 years of experience in the delivery of full professional services and turn-key solutions for a variety of ITS applications including traffic management and traveller information, electronic toll collection, commercial vehicle operations, public transportation, security.

As a specialist in the application of advanced technologies for managing transportation infrastructure and facilities, his project services include needs assessment, concept design, feasibility assessment, detail design and specification, tender/procurement, construction administration, quality assurance testing, system integration and operations and maintenance support.
