Stephen works with field staff, client’s, contractors and Municipal inspectors to ensure that all CCC and FAC inspections, packages, applications and approvals are completed within an appropriate timeline in order to ensure that client’s letters of credit are reduced and released in a timely manner.

Anna Mori has spent her entire 20-year transportation planning career with IBI Group. Anna specializes in transportation data collection and analysis, as well as geographic information systems/mapping/visualization of travel patterns and trends. She has managed several large-scale travel origin-destination surveys for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and transit, through which she has gained rich insights into travel behaviour. She has also been responsible for a variety of studies in support of transportation planning activities and transportation policy development. Signature projects include the Ontario Commercial Vehicle Survey and the multi-faceted Northern Ontario Multimodal Transportation Strategy for the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario. She is currently developing highway rest areas guidance for Northern Ontario and is the technical lead on a Road Rationalization Study for the County of Essex. Anna has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Society from McMaster University, and a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of Toronto.

Don Verbanac is an interdisciplinary Project Manager specializing in transit facilities. Don has 20 years of combined experience in architecture, urban planning, transportation, retail and industrial design from Canada, the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. For the past decade, Don has primarily worked on BRT, LRT and subway (metro) stations as well as bus terminals and on-street transit facilities. His multidisciplinary background along with his acumen for complex engineering projects have been applied to Waterloo?s King-Victoria Transit Hub, Mississauga BRT, and the successful bid for two large P3 LRT projects in Canada. Caz Thomson has 20 years of commercial experience in systems architecture design and full lifecycle development within many disciplines, ranging from utilities management, through medical insurance to manufacturing and transportation systems. Caz has excellent technical expertise in a number of development platforms and significant experience in requirements analysis, system design and architecture, the management of large development teams and the delivery of mobile, web and system development projects. Caz also architected IBI Group’s Software and System Development processes and procedures in the UK, using the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology. Ms. Boucher has extensive experience in ITS, transportation planning and engineering. As a 20+ year veteran of MassDOT Highway Division and former Director of ITS, she was instrumental in the planning, design, and implementation of the ITS Program in Massachusetts. As the Managing Director of KCUS from 2015-2019, she worked on several ITS related projects both in Massachusetts and overseas. During her time at KCUS she worked on projects which included providing a technical ITS program plan to the Colombian Ministry of Transport, a Transportation Strategic Framework for the King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia, and a Smart Work Zone implementation tool for FHWA.
