Tomer Ganor is the business operations manager for IBI’s International region, and the Tel Aviv Office Lead. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Master of Business Administration with 15 years of financial experience, specializing in increasing the efficiency of companies. During his career, Tomer has been involved in IPOs, investments, operational management, strategic consulting and financial modeling. Tomer joined IBI Group in 2016 and has been responsible for the reorganization of the Tel Aviv office to support the commercial management of the NTA Red Line Tel Aviv LRT project. In addition, he served as the Regional Head of Finance, where he supported the implementation of corporate working standards across IBI’s International region offices. Previously, Tomer was a senior management and strategic consultant at KPMG for three years, and served as a controller and CFO in a medical device company for four years.

A recent effort has been the new Hockinson Middle School, an innovative public school in Southwestern Washington. He worked collaboratively with the contractor to bring it to completion, while being an advocate for key design concepts. Mat takes great care in all facets of the design process, applying a critical eye throughout every stage of a project. He is a valuable member of any team, willing to handle any task asked of him in order to adhere to project schedule and budget without compromising on design quality and intent. Jacob’s passions for big cities, systems technology, and sustainable mobility align with the work he is involved with as a Transportation EIT. His background in policy has enabled Jacob to work with cities to identify their pain points and bottlenecks when dealing with urban transportation. He has also been heavily involved with creating innovative solutions to these issues, with a specific focus on the data and systems integration involved. With his Master’s in Cities Engineering and Management from University of Toronto and Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Queen’s University, Jacob is constantly looking to better address the complex issues urban centres are facing today.

As Chief Operations Director, Audrey Jacob is responsible for the firm’s global Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and the office leases for IBI’s 60+ offices. She works alongside the other members of the Executive Team and senior leadership on the operational aspects of the firm. Having joined IBI Group in 1986, she is very familiar with the firm’s history, its work and its people. An important area of focus for Audrey relates to guiding and developing a work environment and policies that embrace Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Audrey is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and a Professional Land Economist (PLE) with more than 25 years of experience. Previously, she led the firm’s Real Estate Economic & Planning practice, specializing in growth management/land needs, market analysis, development/financial feasibility/strategy, economic impact, development charges, and municipal financial impact analysis. Audrey has a BA in Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Urban Planning from McGill University. She is the Chair of the Executive Committee of Pragma Council at the University of Waterloo, a forum of business, education and government leaders; a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); and a Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Champion.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in intelligent transport systems and smart cities areas, providing strategic advice and management to public and private sector organisations in the use of technology to support transport networks and city operations.  Project experience ranges from research and feasibility, planning and design through to implementation and operation. Graeme also plays a lead role in industry bodies, being a Director of ITS (UK), the Chair of MaaS Scotland and a Board Member of Technology Scotland.
