Jannis Nasoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road. He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels. In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims. He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices.

Octavio Jiminez is a Civil Engineer from the Technological Institute of Durango, Mexico. Octavio also holds a Masters Degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. He has more than six years of experience related to transportation modeling topics and has developed demand models for urban highways in different countries, as well as micro-level models for modal transfer stations and development of road impact studies for large developments. In matters related to regional mobility plans, Octavio has collaborated in the diagnosis and development of urban strategies and their application in different time frames for the Panama City PIMUS. Mr. Samson Li is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing, specifying, and coordinating Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS) for various rail transit projects throughout his career; heavily involved throughout the life-cycle from design, specification, installation, to testing and commissioning of the TVS for these rapid transit projects. He also has many years of producing and reviewing fire simulation models for transit projects, and is familiar with the programs and standards involved. Her work transcends a broad spectrum of real estate advice, including highest and best-use studies/disposition strategies; economic development strategies; growth management; market studies; feasibility studies; community services and facilities studies; economic impact analysis; demographic analysis and related skills. Prior to joining IBI Group, Robyn worked in commercial real estate specializing in industrial leasing and land disposition. Robyn has a BA in Political Science and an MA in History from the University of Toronto, along with a Masters in Planning from Ryerson University. She is involved in a wide range of external organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (including their Women’s Leadership Initiative and Mentorship Committee), is on the Board of Directors for Toronto CREW, and is an active member of BILD. She has proven to be an excellent and effective IBI Group ambassador. Robyn is the ultimate team player, inspiring and pushing to think creatively and proactively.
