Caz Thomson has 20 years of commercial experience in systems architecture design and full lifecycle development within many disciplines, ranging from utilities management, through medical insurance to manufacturing and transportation systems. Caz has excellent technical expertise in a number of development platforms and significant experience in requirements analysis, system design and architecture, the management of large development teams and the delivery of mobile, web and system development projects. Caz also architected IBI Group’s Software and System Development processes and procedures in the UK, using the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology. Tom Shannon has 20+ years of experience in the field of systems integration and deployment for public and private sector clients. He has enhanced his technical background in electrical engineering with a Masters of Business Administration and PMP certification. For the past nine years, Tom has been working with the Ministry of Works and Transport in Trinidad as the Project Manager for the successful deployments of the National Traffic Management System, Red Light and Speed Enforcement systems. He recently concluded an assignment as the Project Manager for the Ground Transportation AVI System for the Hillsboro County Aviation Authority at the Tampa Airport. Lisa’s specialization in Transit Architecture began with the award-winning modernization of the TTC Victoria Park Station and Bus Terminal.
