Adam is a Transportation Planner that has been with IBI Group since completing his MASc in Transportation Planning at the University of Toronto in 2014. His professional expertise is broad and spans strategic transportation planning, transit planning, transportation demand modelling, parking policy, and curbside management.
His parking related work is on the leading edge of parking policy, having undertaken one of the first curbside management strategies in North America for the City of Toronto. This parking work intersects with regional planning through projects such as the Hamilton Parking Master Plan, where IBI Group is assessing the parking related impacts of planned rapid transit projects across Hamilton.
He has also worked on a range of transportation master plans and regional transportation studies, including the Metrolinx Regional Transportation Plan where he led a team in identifying key gaps in the existing and future regional transportation networks. This analysis was an important piece of the RTP and informed the prioritization of regional transit projects.
He has worked in both the private and public sectors in the U.S. and Canada and has a strong working knowledge of transportation trends and issues being experienced throughout North America. Adam is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the Canadian Parking Association, and has published multiple academic papers.
