Ms. Boucher has extensive experience in ITS, transportation planning and engineering. As a 20+ year veteran of MassDOT Highway Division and former Director of ITS, she was instrumental in the planning, design, and implementation of the ITS Program in Massachusetts. As the Managing Director of KCUS from 2015-2019, she worked on several ITS related projects both in Massachusetts and overseas. She is the project manager for the MassDOT Statewide RTTM System and the MassDOT Smart Work Zone Manager Application. We have passed the point where half of the world's population is living in cities. If we as planners and designers want to continue to fight urban sprawl, then we need to focus on maintaining a high quality of green infrastructure in our cities and in particular around transit. The public realm, including parks, streets, shared streets and public plazas need to be designed to maximize the human experience. How we animate those spaces, and manage them with a mix of good design and technology will dictate the quality of life in our future cities.

Trevor McIntyre is Global Director, Placemaking. He is responsible for leading the landscape architecture and urban design practices across the firm. Trevor is a landscape architect and member of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architecture and the American Society of Landscape Architecture. Trevor has been a leading planner, landscape architect, and urban designer for more than 20 years, with projects in Canada, USA, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. Originally hired in the Southfield, MI office, Steve has since transferred to the Raleigh, NC office where he has been for the past 3 years. His automotive/industrial experience has given him the opportunity to work for all the major automotive manufacturers while completing large or complicated projects of note for Toyota and Tesla. Since joining the Raleigh office, he has begun to diversify his experience, by working on a myriad of projects ranging from Maintenance & Operations (M&O) facilities for local and out of state municipalities, to working with the NC Wildlife Resource Commission, NCWRC, on the re-design of a shooting range.
