Although Marsha Bousquet has 26 years of experience related to urban infrastructure development from planning through implementation, since 2009, Marsha’s focus has been entirely dedicated to AFP/P3-type projects. Her role extends from the commercial management of P3 projects, design team management, bid management during RFQ/RFP stage, and instilling best practices in delivery. Prior to that, she undertook master planning and entitlements for major redevelopment projects in Canada and the United States that have reshaped development patterns to take advantage of public transit, contributing to more sustainable city building. Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design. As a strong team leader, he has managed the design and delivery of projects under various public sector procurement routes and contracts, including the NEC Partnering contract. Richard is experienced in creating specialist learning environments for leading universities. In 2009, Richard was selected by the Design Commission for Wales, Royal Society of Architects Wales and the WSA to exhibit his work at the ‘Reflecting Wales 09:09’ exhibition which showcased work of the best of emerging architects in Wales.
