Matt Colwill, BA.Sc, P.Eng, has 15 years of experience in the fields of road user safety and traffic operations. Matt has conducted operational and safety reviews for a range of public sector clients, at all levels of government, including the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, the City of Toronto, the City of Ottawa, York Region, the City of Waterloo, Transport Canada, and a number of private sector clients. These projects have involved safety and operational assessments of freeways, rural highways, urban and suburban arterials, and local roadways, and they have addressed the needs of vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and specialty road users. Matt is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and serves as the Transportation Safety Committee representative to the Sustainability Standing Committee. Kelly Cobbe has provided engineering design, construction administration and project management services to various local municipalities, regional municipalities and provincial and federal government agencies in Eastern and Southwestern Ontario for 30 years. Leveraging a number of IBI’s core strengths, he has undertaken infrastructure and urban streetscape revitalization projects in the downtown cores of a number of municipalities in Waterloo Region. Past efforts have also included leading the civil design efforts during the preparation of the Waterloo LRT Bid and managing a portion of the Viva H3 BRT project. In addition to his Professional Engineer licensing in Ontario and Manitoba, Kelly was designated as a Consulting Engineer by Professional Engineers of Ontario in 2004. He has been responsible for various aspects of the development of over 10,000 single-family lots, 400 acres of multi-family development, over 300 acres of commercial development, and more than 700 acres of industrial development, primarily in Western Canada. As Chief Operations Director, Audrey Jacob is responsible for the firm’s global Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and the office leases for IBI’s 60+ offices. She works alongside the other members of the Executive Team and senior leadership on the operational aspects of the firm. Having joined IBI Group in 1986, she is very familiar with the firm’s history, its work and its people. Audrey has a BA in Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Urban Planning from McGill University. She is the Chair of the Executive Committee of Pragma Council at the University of Waterloo, a forum of business, education and government leaders; a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); and a Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Champion.

Marie Seupersadsingh joined IBI Group shortly after graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computer Science for Data Management. In her 35+ years with IBI Group, Marie has been involved in the design and development of a variety of systems ranging from Traffic Management, Fleet Management, Traveller Information, Incident Processing, to Financial Accounting, Revenue Management and Tolling. She has gained extensive experience in the various phases of the software development life cycle ranging from gathering user specifications and producing functional specifications through software development and implementation to user documentation, testing and training. Marie has demonstrated excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail; as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and various levels of management. Marie designed the back office for the first IBI Toll System in Greece and since then has lead the IBI toll team in the design, development and implementation of information management for each of its many toll systems. She specializes in database design, development and implementation of information management systems.
