Fouad Mustafa is Global Director, P3 Infrastructure. He is a Professional Engineer and member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Consulting Engineers of Ontario, the Ontario Society of Engineers, and the American Public Transportation Association. He is also on the Board of Directors of Consulting Engineers of Ontario. Fouad obtained a Master of Business Administration from York University and has more than 25 years of experience in the management, planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure and facilities with a focus on AFP/P3 projects.
