Robyn Brown is the lead of the Toronto office’s Real Estate, Economics & Planning team, as well as a member of IBI’s Placemaking group. As a dedicated professional, her project work is geared to giving her clients the best advice possible. Her work transcends a broad spectrum of real estate advice, including highest and best-use studies/disposition strategies; economic development strategies; growth management; market studies; feasibility studies; community services and facilities studies; economic impact analysis; demographic analysis and related skills. Prior to joining IBI Group, Robyn worked in commercial real estate specializing in industrial leasing and land disposition. Robyn has a BA in Political Science and an MA in History from the University of Toronto, along with a Masters in Planning from Ryerson University.
